While we strive to call every guest to confirm the reservation of services, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
We want you to be completely satisfied with both our chemical services as well as our hair care products. If you have concerns regarding chemical services (color, perm, etc), please notify us within two weeks of the application in question. Likewise, if you are displeased with any hair care product purchased from us for home use, we will gladly exchange it for something else.
Due to the hygienic nature of our specialty skin care items, we are unable to return or exchange these products. Please consult with one of our skin care specialists prior to purchasing to confirm which product will be most beneficial for your individual needs.
Some medications may affect desired results or are not recommended with certain body treatments. If you are currently taking medication that may interfere or have an adverse reaction, please let your stylist or service provider know prior to services. Please be advised this information remains confidential.
Gift cards make great gifts and are valid for all of our services. They do not expire and are non-refundable. Be sure to inquire of any specials held in conjunction with the purchase of a gift card. We also offer our 'Five and One Club' special. Reserve and purchase five of the same spa treatments within a six-month period with your favorite technician and receive a sixth treatment free!
A credit card number is required to reserve three or more spa services and will not be charged until each service is rendered. In the event you are unable to provide a 24-hour cancellation notice, a $25 fee will be imposed for each appointment in question.

We accept Visa MasterCard, American Express, Discover cash, checks and gift cards from The Salon & Spa by Mystic Hair as well as The Edge Salon Tampa. Please be aware personal checks are gladly accepted, however any check returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 returned check fee, which may be collected by an outside agency.
Our Spa is a place of relaxation, peace and tranquility. For your piece of mind, as well as a courtesy to other guests, children and cell phone usage are strictly prohibited. Please bring children into the Salon only when they have an appointment.
